Water Infusions

Are you having trouble drinking enough water each day?  Try some water infusions.  These will add a hint of flavor to your water without adding lots of sugar or calories.

Choose one of the following options and add it to 1 liter of water or create your own.  Infuse for at least 15 minutes.  
               1/2 orange sliced
               1/2 lemon, 1/2 orange sliced
               1/2 lime and 1/2 apple sliced
               fresh mint leaves (about 6)
               1/2 cucumber sliced
               1/2 cucumber sliced and mint leaves
               4-6 sliced strawberries and basil leaves (about 4)
